PERMA-borde pile - the uncased cast-in-situ pile
PERMA-borde pile - the uncased cast-in-situ pile
The PERMA bored pile is an uncased cast-in-situ pile that is low on noise and vibration-free. It is available in two sizes with shank diameters of 40 cm or 60 cm and load bearing capacities of up to 600 kN depending on the existing subsoil. The maximum length is 16 m or 8 m.
Driven cast-in-situ pile
To install the pile, an auger is sunk into the ground up to the desired depth. The PERMA pile is a non-reinforced concrete pile approved according to EN1536 and DIN 4014 standards.
To manufacture a PERMA-bored pile
The material is thus pulled out of the ground by the auger flights and removed from the auger by auger wipers. After the concreting process is completed, the finished pile can be cut and provided with a connection reinforcement. This manufacturing process does not require the complex process of casing.
