Press piles - the system for foundation reinforcement
Press piles - the vibartion-free and low-noise system
Press piles are used especially when piles need to be installed additionally into the subsoil. In this process, piles can be drilled directly next to or under vibration-sensitive foundations without causing much noise.
Vibration-free and low-noise
is offset through selective lifting. However, press piles are also often the only alternative for reinforcing the foundations of constructions, whose existing foundation is no longer adequate due to modifications.
To manufacture a VIBREX pile
Thus, every pile is installed with the necessary safety so as to carry the resulting load safely into the subsoil.
Finally, the steel tubes are filled with concrete and selectively provided with a connection reinforcement or concreted directly under the foundation using a splayed head. The carried loads can be read directly using a manometer.
